El Colegio de Abogados de Madrid (ICAM), a través de su sección de Medio Ambiente y Energía, y con la colaboración de la Asociación de Comunicadores e Informadores Jurídicos (ACIJUR), ha celebrado esta mañana una sesión informativa sobre la crisis energética y las claves jurídicas del contexto energético actual. El debate ha sido presentado por Santiago Garrido, copresidente de la Sección de Medio Ambiente y Energía del ICAM, y moderado por Andrés Garvi, vocal de la junta directiva de ACIJUR.
Irene Agúndez Lería, abogada del Estado en excedencia y directora de los Servicios Jurídicos de Iberdrola España, y Roberto Fernández Castilla, abogado del Estado-Jefe de la Secretaría de Estado de Energía, han participado en esta sesión informativa en la que se han abordado cuestiones como la subida del precio de la luz y del gas y su efectos económicos, la apuesta por las energías renovables así como la normativa y seguridad jurídica para su aplicación y tramitación y las opciones de la Unión Europea y los gobiernos nacionales en aspectos económicos.
